Sheer Lace Blouse Shows Bra

Exercise 3v3. Cb 8-1

Hi all ...

I had not hung a post like this, so here comes. First of all I must explain that this exercise is the "robe" to Andrew to help me with the cadet team. Hope you like it, help and serve for your team, plus opinions and comments that I hope to help me me too.

Since the last time I did not explain very well I should hope that putting more graphics is easier to understand.

Chart 1: We start with 3 attackers (blue circles on the graph) and 3 defenders (red triangles on the graph) at baseline. The first attacker with the ball (circle # 1) is launching a line highway to 3 and just behind the defense to tighten in the 1c1 and have a hard pass. At this point we can ask a defender who is very active with his arms closing passing lanes and forcing the attacker to have the ball in a most uncomfortable position to make the pass.

Graph 2: Once the attacker goes first, second (blue circle No. 2) attacker works to get in line 3, and this is where we would receive, requiring that will not be 10 meters to receive, once it receives the second attacker, the attacker does the same thing last (Circular No. 3), always trying to work to get in line 3. Defenders 2 and 3, must always be pushing the pass line to complicate the pass, if the defenders (red triangles) steal the ball is rotated and the exercise ends there.

Chart 3: Once the ball reaches the striker 3 will play a 3v3 with 1 / 2 track, it is important that the defense happens to be in line pass, to be placed at a help position (triangle 1 in the graph). From there we played 3v3 with rules that we both attack and defense. It's always nice to put a lot of stress and cane in the defense of 1c1 and attack to be able to respect the space, it is 3v3 where you had to be 5v5 so it is easier.

I said before, I hope you enjoy the exercise and little more. If you have opinions or happen to you some variations of the exercise, please comment.

Greetings to all
