I do not know for sure, but I suppose many of you possess a minimum knowledge about the development of the Second World War, being known by all the popular Normandy landings. What does this have to do with football? Nothing really, just that I am a big fan of these stories of WWII, and watching an episode of the series Blood Brothers (highly recommended) I came to mind the relationship between the development of the EMS and the history of the Premier League.
all started with a situation of repression against a country once victorious, as was the Manchester United in his time, punished and abused by other countries, whether they Liverpool and other herbs, for a period of time. Given this, as in all situations of crisis, people went to the extreme, giving power to a revolutionary character Hitler was a tyrant, but revolutionary. If we compare all this and switched to Germany by the Red Devils Ferguson Hitler and the story certainly sounds familiar to us. And that is not the thing.
Germany quickly got out of the crisis, to intimidate their opponents and finally crush them as with Austria, Poland, Holland and France among others. For many years, remained under the yoke, and they can not lift his head outside to beg for help to get rid of the oppressor by the oppressed.
This last paragraph would correspond to the 90 'and the last lines in the early twentieth century, Chelsea receiving foreign aid, and later at Manchester City.
And of course, after so much time taking your opponents on the ropes, you get wins even when they force you back, as happened with Germany in Belgium and the United the last two years.
But there came a new era, and the landing in Normandy as in southern Italy and the Soviet advance on the eastern front, the authoritarian regime was cornered in his pen. Russia for example identify with Chelsea, taking advantage of the presence of Abramovich, "the City with the United States with Great Britain Liverpool, Arsenal and France. Special mention to young fighters like Holland or Italy Everton-Aston Villa.
And actually here the story ends, at least the relationship between it and the Premier. We could leave the door open for the future, knowing that the Russians were those who took the Reichstag in Berlin. I just hope that good can not think Fergie shoot himself and blow himself up with theirs.
Finally a tip: you will not go the ball as much as me, sorry but I like the story, I can consider it a freak and I do not recommend it.
